Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our users and will treat all information and data relating to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will store your information securely and will not give details of your personal information to any third parties except to one or more Referral Solicitors and any estate agent or Mortgage Broker authorised by you in order to provide the services under this Agreement.

By using our site you are consenting to the following:-

• a. We or parties acting on our behalf must store, host, transfer and otherwise process your information in order to refer your request for Conveyancing Services to a Referral Solicitor. You consent to us handling your personal information, which you have provided for delivery to one or more referral solicitors and to any third party authorised by you. We shall do our best to ensure that the Referral Solicitors also take adequate security measures in relation to your information. You also consent to us handling the information contained within the Progress Reporting System to provide you with updates regarding your transaction. You consent to your details being provided to third parties authorised by you such as your estate agent and your mortgage broker and to updates regarding your transaction being provided to those authorised third parties. If you do not wish your estate agent or your mortgage broker to have access to your details please do not give their details to our customer services department or enter them onto the site.
• b. Some of the personal information that you supply might include sensitive information. You consent to the processing and/or handling by us and/or any Referral Solicitors for the purposes of this Agreement of all sensitive information supplied by you.
